Extender

HIKAM Wire Extenders provide reliable solutions for extending solar module connections in both copper (#6–#12 AWG) and aluminum options. Heat Chamber

Two heat chambers were acquired to test samples for the UL9703 approval process. Testing includes 1,000 thermal cycles between -40°C and 85°C, and a damp heat test lasting 1,000 hours at 85°C with 85% humidity.

Torque Machine

Originally designed Torque Machine ensures the reliability during our assembly process by controlling the proper torque and speed for each connector brand avoiding the risk of over torquing or less torquing.

X-ray Inspection Machine

Equipped with a sub-micron precision X-ray machine for non-destructive inspection of over-molded T-joints, verifying conductor weld quality, pre-mold alignment, and over-mold thickness.

Traceability System

Implemented a Traceability System to enhance quality control, accountability, safety, and operational efficiency. In the event of a product defect, the system enables identification of the specific material batch used and helps determine when, where, and how the issue occurred.
